Order processing

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. We do not list a fixed processing timeframe on this page. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering rather than assuming it will arrive in time.

Shipping methods and charges

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your order and delivery address. Our current general U.S. shipping method is listed as UPS shipping. Review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.

Delivery estimates and carrier handling

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in carrier tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier transit is separate from order processing. After a package is handed to the carrier, consult the carrier's tracking information for transit updates. This page does not promise a specific dispatch or delivery date.

Tracking your order

If tracking information is provided with your shipment confirmation, use the tracking link to check the carrier's latest updates. If you cannot find tracking information or have a question about your shipment, email collectionsbymolly@outlook.com and include your order number.

Shipping address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error afterward, contact us as soon as possible at collectionsbymolly@outlook.com with your order number and the corrected address. An address-change request is not confirmation that the address has been updated. Do not assume a change can be made once a package is with the carrier.

Current automatic free-shipping offer

Our current FREE SHIPPING offer applies automatically at checkout to qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of at least $100 USD. No discount code is required. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum.

The offer is available to all customers for destinations where we offer shipping. It does not add shipping service to destinations that are not supported at checkout. There is no maximum shipping-rate exclusion configured for this offer.

This offer cannot be combined with product, order, or other shipping discounts. Check the final shipping charge and discount shown at checkout before paying. The offer currently has no scheduled end date.
